This was our first time here since my son's other pediatric dentist closed. I was extremely impressed. Everyone was so easy to talk to and layed back. I don't remember the dentist's name but he told me he comes down 1x a week from Allentown. As I sat waiting for the hygentist to come in I saw the dentist playing with 2 kids and showing them their x-rays. The way he interacted with the kiddos in the office just shows how much he enjoys his occupation of being a pediatric dentist! I highly recommend this pediatric dental office! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at the Lancaster location compared to the York location is 100% better. They are polite, kind helpful they speak to you with respect. My grandson had a very good experience at this location. I’m even considering transferring there from the York office despite the drive. The only thing that was a little bit hard for me was the wait time was 30 minutes after my appointment time. However, compared to the York location and the rudeness that I experienced from the front desk and management there I would do the drive to be treated with respect and kindness. The doctors are great at both the Lancaster and York location.

From the moment I called to get an urgent appointment for my daughter to scheduling the next steps, everyone has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is clean, welcoming, and organized. They truly put both my daughter and I at ease throughout the entire experience. We felt well cared for, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care.

Excellent service. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive. They always make my son feel comfortable and at ease during his appointments. We are very grateful for the care and dedication they provide. I would certainly recommend children’s dental health of Lancaster.

1st of all appointment was originally supposed to be somewhere around March. And after confirming appointment they called and said they changed Scheduling policy so must have before 4pm. Soonest they could get both my kids in was June 1st! Go in today and after submitting forms online tried refusing to treat my son as he had a testing procedure as a preventative care to check for a hereditary family condition. My daughter was tested for same thing but didn't have any thing to be removed so didn't have a problem treating her till I questioned. Neither have the condition but are at the age had to be tested. Now won't see them again till they get a letter clearing them from doctor. When my kids got out to car they told me the hygienist and staff were bad mouthing me in the back saying I refused to give info. No they refused to listen. Neither have any condition. 1 had to have polyps removed that were not cancer or of any concern. I understand how medically things are connected to your teeth but I simply reported because it was a surgical procedure that was performed in Frbruary which would have been since last visit. There is no medical concern. Does not have the medical condition at
